It has been widely acknowledged that drama is one of the most powerful tools trainers can use in helping to effectively communicate and/or to change the attitudes and behaviours of their staff and colleagues. 

Since 2004 Charles has helped to design and deliver bespoke drama based training as well as continuing to learn how to improve as a practitioner with some of the best training companies in the UK. 

This type of work has meant that Charles has had a valuable insight into a range of companies and institutions across the globe on every continent. 

 

As well as working as an actor facilitator, Charles works as a drama consultant and facilitator. 

 

In 2015 Charles worked in schools and industry as well as in FE and HE institutions as a freelance facilitator.
